- Developed future scenarios, substantiated with relevant data, forecasts, and impact analysis, distinguishing between:
- short-term measures (quick wins)
- medium-term interventions
- long-term strategic choices
- Executive advice on the most promising strategic direction.
- Proposal for a programmatic approach, including phasing, governance, and preconditions, to realize the chosen direction.
