This assignment involves an activist and producing theater and production house, also a collective gathering place. It is a small venue that exclusively programs and creates socially engaged theater. Solidarity and safety for marginalized groups are central. It is a stage where creators, audience, and society come together and a place for innovation of theater as an art form.
What you do
- Develop and execute communication and marketing plans
- Set up and manage social media strategies
- Write texts and press releases in Dutch and English
- Maintain press and supporter contacts
- Seek out new audience groups
- Direct external communication
- Guide volunteers
- Work closely with artistic directors and graphic designers

- Experience as a marketer in the cultural sector and/or within activist organizations
- Affinity with socially engaged theater
