As part of the AI Center of Excellence, you design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions using a leading low-code platform and its associated AI ecosystem. You develop intelligent agents, automate business processes, and help teams leverage the added value of AI in their daily work. You combine hands-on solution development with supporting and guiding the business.
You understand how to translate ideas into working solutions and how to help users successfully adopt them. This role focuses on low-code AI, automation, and productivity platforms. You will work closely with AI Engineers and Data Scientists, who focus on custom and high-code AI solutions.
What you will do.
- Develop AI agents, workflow automations, and productivity solutions with an AI ecosystem, including a specific AI copilot and studio
- Translate business opportunities into scalable low-code solutions that deliver measurable added value
- Develop reusable agent patterns, templates, connectors, and accelerators that can be redeployed within the organization
- Design and maintain reusable agent patterns
- Support and coach citizen developers, business, and product teams in the implementation of low-code and AI solutions
- Contribute to governance, security, lifecycle management, and best practices for the low-code platform and AI agents
- Collaborate with Product Owners, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to deliver end-to-end business solutions
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and help prioritize AI and automation opportunities
Profile
- Experience developing solutions within a broad technology ecosystem
- Thorough knowledge of low-code application and automation platforms, AI copilots, and data storage solutions
- Experience with AI studios, virtual agents, or conversational AI platforms
- Strong interest in Generative AI, AI agents, AI copilots, and intelligent automation
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and user-friendly solutions
- Understanding of governance, security, and lifecycle management within low-code platform environments
- Knowledge of cloud AI services, AI foundry, or API integrations is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience leading or driving low-code and automation initiatives
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Ability to engage and convince both technical and business stakeholders
Desired skills.
- Low-code platform certifications
- Experience with the extensibility capabilities of AI copilots and agent development
- Experience in an AI, automation, or digital transformation environment
- Experience developing reusable enterprise automation capabilities and communities of practice
- Experience in the insurance sector
