A major player in the media and audiovisual sector, operating an internationally broadcast television channel and a streaming and video-on-demand platform, aims to strengthen its information system and technology platform.
- The objective is to establish an agentic development platform providing shared methods, tools, standards, and technical capabilities to its development teams.
- The scope particularly covers the internal information system teams and those of the digital broadcasting platform.
What you will do.
- Design, implement, and evolve the agentic development platform.
- Define technical standards and associated integration principles.
- Align the platform with the organization's broader technological ecosystem.
- Support its adoption through documentation, workshops, practical support, and close collaboration with development teams.
Profile
- You will cover six complementary domains:
- AI Developer Tooling: selection and integration of AI coding agents into development workflows.
- Knowledge & Context Engineering: access to APIs, documentation, knowledge bases, taxonomies, ontologies, and other relevant context sources.
- Agent Platform & Orchestration: integration of models, tools, and agent-driven workflows into applications.
- Developer Platform, CI/CD & DevOps: development workflows, pull-request controls, testing, packaging, deployment, and environment management.
- AI Quality Engineering & FinOps: evaluation, regression detection, and optimization of quality, token consumption, cost, and latency.
- Production, Security & Observability: monitoring, tracing, access control, security, auditability, and operational support.
- Daily use of the organization's project management tools (JIRA, Tempo, Confluence).
- Daily synchronization of produced code with the organization's GitHub environment.
- Exclusive management of source code within the GitHub Enterprise account designated by the organization.
- Current practice of AI-assisted development tools (development agents, code assistants, latest generation LLMs) is expected. Licenses are provided by the organization.
Deliverables.
- Functionalities described in the organization's user stories, deployed and installed on the designated infrastructure (operating system, database, web server).
- Delivery of all classes and scripts necessary for integration into the organization's Continuous Integration system.
- Delivery of all monitoring, load testing, administration, and deployment scripts.
- Clear inline comments on the purpose and responsibility of each class and method.
- Code synchronized daily with the organization's GitHub environment.
- Documentation written in English and maintained in the organization's internal wiki (Confluence).
