What you will do.
- Train students to become competent employees at MBO level for the Operational Center.
- Provide education that is fully aligned with the practical field where students will work.
- Deliver theoretical lessons and skills training in an inspiring and coaching manner in the field of the Operational Center.
- Actively coach students in their professional development and professional attitude.
- Be an example for students and guide them in their self-awareness.
- Follow course modules offered to transfer knowledge and skills.
- Conduct examinations for the education and communicate study results to the team management.
- Organize a network to optimize teaching materials for integrated application in training programs.

- Ability to collaborate well and connect with multidisciplinary teams and the operational field.
- Creativity and resourcefulness.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Take initiative, proactively contribute to team development.
- Ability to handle a dynamic work environment and changes within the team and education.
- Be broadly (socially) oriented and keep your own knowledge and skills up to date.
What they ask
- MBO 4 working and thinking level.
- Preferably experience in providing education and/or training.
- A pedagogical didactic certificate (PDA) or the willingness to obtain one.
