What you do

Ensure that business-critical applications function reliably and align with processes and users.
Analyze incidents and changes.
Assess impact and manageability.
Manage suppliers and monitor progress and quality.
Collaborate with Super Users, Process Experts, colleagues from the Change and ID&D departments, and Test and Release Management.
Keep management agreements and documentation up-to-date.
Identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Work with systems such as Tobias 365, Connect-IT, IRIS CRM, Planon, Vabi, and Woningnet.

What they ask

Minimum of HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
Excellent command of the Dutch language.
3 to 5 years of recent work experience as a Functional Application Manager or Functional Administrator.
Ability to understand complex processes and business-critical applications and look beyond a single system.
Recognize the impact of changes, manage suppliers, and monitor agreements and results.
Team player with a healthy sense of humor, results-oriented, and skilled in AI and automation.
