What you do
As an Application Manager, you are responsible for the management, setup, and further development of HR applications, including a specific ERP system. You ensure that systems function optimally, meet user needs, and contribute to efficient HR processes. Your tasks include:
- Managing, setting up, and optimizing HR systems and authorizations.
- Resolving incidents and implementing structural improvements.
- Leading or coordinating projects, such as implementations, optimizations, and releases.
- Supporting colleagues with explanations, instructions, and advice on system usage.
- Identifying developments and opportunities in the field of digitalization and automation of HR processes.
- Unlocking and improving HR data and management information.

- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
