You are responsible for the technical and organizational preparation of activities within a large cleanroom project. The client is an international technical service provider, specializing in energy efficiency, installation technology, and digital solutions. They provide services in building management, industrial automation, infrastructure, and sustainable energy, and are active in various sectors such as industry, healthcare, mobility, and data centers.
What you do
- You act as the link between project management and execution.
- You ensure efficient and planned execution of activities.
- You draw up work plans and execution packages.
- You handle the procurement of materials and outsourcing.
- You establish and monitor the planning.
- You monitor the progress and quality of the execution.
- You identify and calculate additional and less work with the executors and prepare its implementation.
- You are involved in the financial monitoring of materials and subcontractors.
- You work closely with executors, project leader, and project manager.
- You maintain an overview of the technical, financial, and organizational aspects of your activities.
What they ask
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience as a Work Preparer within HVAC, installation technology, or utility construction.
- Experience with work plans, execution packages, planning, procurement, and outsourcing.
- Experience with monitoring progress, quality, and costs.
- Experience with identifying and calculating additional and less work.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Able to independently and practically switch between execution and project management.
