Manager Financial Due Diligence

Guide clients through complex deals and help them make well-founded decisions.
- Work on transactions where your financial insight, stakeholder management, and leadership make a direct difference.
- Focus on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and refinancing processes for a wide range of clients.
- Combine financial analysis with commercial insight to understand value drivers, risks, cash flow dynamics, and deal-critical issues.
- Engage in both buy-side and sell-side projects, coaching team members, and contributing to meaningful client outcomes in a fast-paced Deals environment.
- Be part of an inclusive team within a Deals practice, where collaboration, quality, and innovation are central.
- Support clients throughout the deal cycle, working with multidisciplinary specialists.
- Help clients looking to buy a business, sell all or part of their business, refinance, or list on stock exchanges.
- Thoroughly assess a target company’s finances, consider the opportunities and risks, and identify potential deal issues.
- Work with vendors to independently assess businesses so that potential buyers can make informed decisions.
- Each financial due diligence process is tailor-made, varying from a financial 'snapshot' to a detailed analysis, depending on client requests and the organization's history/projections.
What you do
- Lead financial due diligence projects for buy-side, sell-side, refinancing, and IPO processes.
- Analyse historical and projected financial information, including cash flow, working capital, and value drivers.
- Identify deal issues, risks, and opportunities and translate these into clear client recommendations.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists from tax, strategy, carve-out, synergy, and IT.
- Coach and support team members in their day-to-day work and professional growth.
What they ask
- Experience in financial due diligence within an advisory environment, or relevant experience in analysing financial information, risks, opportunities, and projections.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- A completed RA, RC, or CFA Level III qualification.
- Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Enjoy working in international and multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
