Polyvalent logistics employee

In this role, you will be part of a Soft Facilities team within a healthcare organization, where you will perform administrative and versatile tasks and contribute to ensuring quality service throughout the organization.

What you will do.

• You process outgoing mail; enveloping documents, assembling packages, preparing them for timely collection.
• You contribute to the timely and quality delivery of print & press work (ranging from letters to compiled information bundles) according to agreements with the internal client.
• You ensure the administrative follow-up of orders, event materials, and educational packages.
• You are responsible for the complete handling of orders and materials (ranging from brochures to foldable tents) for the organization's activities. You prepare everything in advance and store it after the activities have ended.
• You arrange for the delivery and collection of materials at the organization's various locations and schools throughout Flanders. For this, you will have an organization's delivery van at your disposal (driving license B).
• You will also be involved in the team's reception function. This includes physical, digital, and telephone reception.
• You provide support for the management of various archives within the organization (ranging from research to assisting with clean-up operations).

What they ask

• You hold a secondary education diploma or equivalent by experience.
• You hold a valid driving license B.
• You are flexible for travel to the organization's various locations.
• Starting from 7:30 AM is not a problem for you.
• You have good administrative knowledge and a basic understanding of commonly used computer programs. You are willing to learn new programs and applications.
• Physical labor, such as lifting loads, does not deter you.
