What you do
- You coordinate requests for help from start to finish and maintain contact with all involved parties
- You conduct intake interviews, make safety assessments, and draw up an action plan with residents
- You encourage residents to be self-reliant, with an eye on sustainable solutions
- You search for the most suitable care provider and ensure that the correct care is deployed

- You have an eye for possibilities within limitations and know how to deal with complex situations
- You enjoy contributing ideas and collaborating where necessary, always keeping the needs of the target group in mind
- Flexibility and creativity characterize your approach, and you are able to think outside the box within the legal frameworks of the Youth Law
- You work independently, are results-oriented, and know how to get others on board with your plans

- Candidate has a VOG (screened for information 11, 12 and 13 and persons 8) not older than 3 months
- Candidate has an SKJ registration
