What you do
As a Scrum Master, you are a driving force behind effective Agile working methods. You support teams and Product Owners in delivering value and optimizing processes.
- Inspire and support teams and Product Owners in delivering maximum value.
- Initiate and coordinate process improvements, enabling teams to collaborate more effectively.
- Recognize patterns and trends within your teams and implement impactful improvements.
- Foster a culture of trust and open communication, where conflicts are resolved constructively and collaboration is central.
You will help at least two teams grow towards (Agile) maturity. You look beyond Scrum events: you recognize patterns in collaboration, ownership, prioritization, and execution, and based on these insights, you implement improvements. In this role, you are expected to actively coach teams in improving their working methods, addressing obstacles, and strengthening collaboration with their stakeholders.

- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master with coaching and guiding Agile teams.
- Strong coaching skills to help colleagues and teams grow.
- Organizational insight to elevate collaboration within and between teams to a higher level.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to foster trust and collaboration.
- A proactive and connecting mindset, with which you take ownership and actively contribute to the Scrum Master group.
- Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
