What you do
As a Caregiver IG for night shifts, you are responsible for the care of residents. One night shift colleague is scheduled per night. Your duties include:
- Contributing to a welcoming living environment
- Keeping care plans up-to-date (where necessary)
- Early detection of factors influencing the health and well-being of residents and care hotel guests
- Together with residents and care hotel guests, increasing or maintaining self-reliance, thereby ensuring their own control
- Participating in the multidisciplinary care team
- Performing nursing technical actions for which you are authorized as an IG or Nurse

- A diploma in nursing care, Caregiver IG, or Nurse (MBO4)
- Professional communication skills
- Knowledge and insight into the local social support network
- Experience with vulnerable elderly people with complex problems
- Work experience in a nursing home, care home, or home care
- Flexible availability for night shifts
