Education Consultant
A local government organization is working towards an inclusive city with extra attention to poverty, diversity, and e-inclusion. The team focuses on supporting education, childcare, and the development of a "House of the Child". Additionally, they actively promote a warm senior policy, including a senior council, informal care, and a dementia-friendly city.
What you do
As a consultant, you are responsible for supporting and implementing projects within the welfare policy. A significant part of your tasks involves supporting education:
- Closely collaborate with schools, educational partners, and other local actors to promote equal educational opportunities and reduce educational disadvantage.
- Develop and coordinate projects and initiatives within agreed policy themes.
- Advise and support local actors in the implementation of projects.
- Monitor, evaluate the impact of the policy on the local community, and adjust where necessary.
- Organize consultation and collaboration between various stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and subsidies related to projects & themes.
- Build a strong network in the region, stay informed about developments, and respond proactively.

What they ask
- At least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), a higher education diploma of one cycle giving access to level B, or in the final year and obtaining the diploma by the end of this semester.
Our offer.
- Part-time contractual position for 80% in a replacement agreement in grade Bv (B1-B2-B3).
- Relevant professional experience from the private sector or as a self-employed person can count for a maximum of 8 years for seniority; government experience counts fully.
