What you will do.
- Manage and optimize various business and healthcare applications
- Inventory user wishes, needs
- Translate user needs into functional solutions
- Analyze and improve processes and the coherence between applications, data
- Guide the implementation and rollout of new applications, functionalities
- Test changes and ensure proper implementation
- Draft work instructions and guide users through changes
- Support employees with questions and incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Collaborate with IT suppliers and external partners
- Advise management on digital applications and process improvements
- Participate in organization-wide IT and digitalization projects
- Contribute to the further development of IT and information management policy

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a functional application manager
- Experience with managing and improving business applications
- Experience with, for example, AFAS, CRM systems, MS365 applications, or similar digital environments is a plus

- Experience with testing, implementing, and rolling out applications, functionalities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders
