After Sales Receptionist Automotive Storekeeper

• Welcome customers at the dealership and by phone, ensuring professional and quality service.
• Schedule maintenance and repair appointments.
• Organize the workshop's planning.
• Ensure administrative follow-up: quotes, invoicing, collections, warranty files, cash management, orders, and parts inventory management.
• Coordinate bodywork files.
• Work in close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

What they ask

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an after-sales receptionist and/or automotive storekeeper.
• Solid technical knowledge of automotive parts (experience or strong passion for mechanics is a plus).
• Comfortable with administrative tasks and IT tools.
• Experience with iReach; knowledge of PlanManager is a plus.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Assertive and efficient in coordinating workshop planning.
• Sense of contact, communicative, and appreciating versatility.
• Higher secondary education diploma or equivalent by experience.
