Contract Manager
As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for the management and optimization of service and maintenance contracts within utility construction. You monitor the quality of services, drive financial results, and ensure that agreements made with clients are met. In this role, you are the central point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You monitor SLAs and KPIs, draw up maintenance plans and multi-year budgets, and manage the execution of work.
Additionally, you advise clients on fire protection and security solutions and identify opportunities to further improve contracts, processes, and services. You will work for a technical service provider specializing in integrated fire and security solutions within the built environment.
The organization handles the entire process from design and installation to service, maintenance, and management of systems such as fire alarm systems, evacuation systems, access control, camera surveillance, and intruder alarm systems. Safety, quality, and long-term client relationships are central to the organization.

- Minimum MBO-4 work and thinking level or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience with service management and/or contract management
- Demonstrable affinity with technology or equivalent
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders and demonstrably work client-oriented
- Take responsibility for quality, finances, and agreements made within contracts
