As a home care nurse, you are a valuable caregiver for patients in their familiar home environment. Personal contact makes home care a very rewarding job.
- You will join an integrated care team consisting of a care coordinator, caregiver, social worker, cleaning assistant, and volunteers.

What you do
As a home care nurse, you have a very varied set of tasks:
- Administering injections
- Administering medication
- Performing wound care
- Providing hygienic care
- Applying advanced nursing techniques
Profile
- Nursing diploma (Bachelor, HBO5 or basic nurse) or midwifery (if issued before October 2018)
- Be socially engaged
- Your top priority: the well-being of your patient
- Clear and correct communication with patient and supervisor
- Correct processing of administration
- Willingness to work 1 weekend out of 2
- Driving license B
