Disability Care Supervisor
This role offers the opportunity to combine meaningful work with maximum flexibility. You will determine your schedule in consultation with the organization and make a difference in every shift for people with intellectual disabilities. You will work in various residences within a green residential location, meet diverse target groups, and be part of a warm and committed team.
Your workplace. The residential location is a green environment where residents live, divided across several homes. Some homes are focused on aging people with intellectual disabilities, while others offer support to residents with severe multiple disabilities (EMB). On the premises, there is also an activity center where residents participate in activities. As a supervisor, you will work in different homes, which provides variety and learning opportunities.
Time is taken for residents, where a walk, making music together, or simply a quiet conversation can be just as valuable as daily care.
What you will do. As a supervisor, you adapt to what a resident needs at that moment. You look for possibilities instead of limitations and contribute every day to a safe, warm, and trusted living environment.
