This is a full-time role (fixed-term contract with possibility of conversion to permanent) as a Maintenance and Support Manager. You will ensure the health of an existing network of treasure hunts, as well as the quality of support provided to players and partner tourism stakeholders. It is a generalist position without a fixed assigned territory; you will intervene where necessary, according to network priorities and received reports.

What you do
- Ensure the maintenance of existing routes: regularly check that puzzles work, clues are up-to-date, and the terrain has not changed.
- Provide support to players and partners during office hours: process reports (bug, blocking puzzle, outdated information) and provide quick corrections.
- Be available, according to a team-organized rotation, on weekends from your smartphone, to respond to unforeseen events.
- Maintain relationships with partner tourism stakeholders regarding the follow-up of their routes.
- Document and monitor the status of the route network (dashboard, prioritization of interventions).
- Occasionally participate in the creation of new routes to support the team (field reconnaissance, puzzle writing), when needed.

- Be very comfortable with IT and digital tools: this is non-negotiable. This position requires continuous juggling between several tools, online platforms, and written exchanges, often under urgency.
- Be comfortable with the Mac environment, as it is the daily work tool.
- Be rigorous and organized: maintenance requires precise follow-up, not improvisation.
- Be able to write well and have excellent spelling.
- Have good relational skills, especially with local tourism stakeholders.
- Be able to bounce back from the unexpected and manage priorities autonomously.
- Possess a driver's license and a vehicle.
- Be in good physical condition: field checks sometimes involve walking several kilometers.
