As a Documentation Specialist, you are responsible for the correct and complete processing of ocean freight documents. You ensure that administrative files run flawlessly and meet all requirements. A logistics service provider is looking for support for their team.
What you will do.
- You prepare ocean freight documents
- You check data and ensure correct and timely processing
- You maintain contact with clients, shipping companies, and internal teams
- You follow up on files from shipment to closure
- You ensure that all documentation complies with laws and regulations
- You identify deviations and seek solutions
- You work closely with operations and other departments
Profile
- You have initial experience in forwarding, ocean freight
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail
- You are administratively strong and organized
- You communicate fluently in English (other languages are a plus)
- You are stress-resistant and maintain an overview when facing deadlines
- You enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment
