As an HR consultant, you are the point of contact for clients within the region. You build lasting relationships, contribute ideas on personnel issues, and ensure that both clients and flexible employees receive optimal support. You will work in a close-knit and experienced team that collaborates on the success of clients within public organizations.
What you will do.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients within the government
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and flexible employees
- Conduct client visits with HR advisors and advise on HR issues
- Conduct performance and guidance interviews
- Prepare and process contracts and personnel documentation
- Approach candidates from talent pools for open vacancies
- Ensure optimal service delivery to clients and employees
Profile
- MBO/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) work and thinking level
- Driving license B
- Social, strong communicator, and easily builds relationships
- A good listener who understands the needs of clients, flexible employees
- Switches effortlessly between clients, flexible employees
- A connecting discussion partner who brings together different interests
- Works accurately and keeps administrative processes in order
- Feels comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Takes responsibility and maintains an overview of tasks
