You will work for two different clients: a large industrial organization and a healthcare organization. There may be room to expand the number of hours. In this role, you will hold consultations, guide employees through absenteeism and reintegration, and advise on sustainable employability. Additionally, you will collaborate with an AIOS and POB and play an important role in task delegation and professional guidance. The activities will be carried out entirely on-site.
Working from home or online consultations are not possible. Preference is given to one company doctor who can serve both clients.
What you will do.
- Conduct occupational health consultations for two clients.
- Guide employees during absenteeism and reintegration processes.
- Assess the workload capacity and possibilities of employees in relation to their duties.
- Advise on return to work, sustainable employability, and potential workplace adjustments.
- Provide clear medical feedback and professional advice.
- Collaborate with HR, case managers, and other involved professionals.
- Guide and collaborate with an AIOS and POB within task delegation.
- Work according to applicable laws and regulations and professional guidelines within occupational health.
Profile
- A BIG-registered company doctor with experience in occupational health services.
- Preferably available for both clients.
- Willing to perform duties entirely on-site.
- Experienced with consultations, absenteeism guidance, and reintegration issues.
- Familiar with task delegation and guiding other professionals.
- Strong communication skills and pleasant in contact with employees, clients, and colleagues.
- Independent, professional, and able to quickly reach a careful assessment and appropriate advice.
About the organization. You will work through a professional occupational health service provider for two clients. One client is a large organization within the industrial sector, and the other is active in healthcare. This will allow you to work with different employee populations and diverse occupational health issues.
