Temporary assignment.
- Management of a Quality team of 6 colleagues.
- Ultimately responsible for the site, ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance.
- Reports to the Quality Manager BeNeLux.
- The organization is a leading company exclusively dedicated to temperature-controlled transport of medicines. It operates in nine European countries, with 127 sites and agencies and 15 strategic hubs, processing approximately 54,000 shipments daily.
What you do
- Ensure on-site quality and elevate the overall quality level.
- Further professionalize the quality policy and systems within the organization.
- Lead the Quality Team of 6 people as a true people manager.
- Ultimately responsible for GxP compliance and ISO standards.
- Ensure an effective quality management system for GxP activities by following up on: deviations, CAPA, complaints, self-inspections, annual controls.
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring that distribution activities are always in line with GDP legislation.
- Provide GDP training and GDP guidance.
- Prepare reports for clients and management.
- Participate in client meetings if necessary.
Profile
- Master's degree in Industrial Pharmacy, industrial pharma, chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent, qualifying you to work as a Responsible Person.
- Recognized as a Responsible Person or eligible to obtain this recognition later.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-related work environment in GxP.
- First leadership experience and people management skills.
- Hands-on motivator capable of working autonomously.
