What you will do. As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for a wide range of financial activities. You will work closely with the Finance Team Leader and other departments within the company. Your tasks include:
- Order processing
- Maintaining the article database
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Debtor and creditor administration
- Preparing payments
- Supporting monthly and annual closings
- Identifying discrepancies and proactively contributing to improvements
What they ask
- A completed Mbo or Hbo degree in a financial direction
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with accounting software
- Accuracy, sense of responsibility, and a proactive attitude
- Good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
