Profile
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree (e.g., Social Work or MWD).

- Entrepreneurial spirit: achieving results for the neighborhood and putting initiatives on the map.
- Flexible in terms of workplace and working hours, where residents are.
- Use of the ABCD method, based on the strength of talents and resources already present among residents.
- Placing ownership where it belongs: with the residents themselves, and encouraging them to take their position in the neighborhood.
