What you will do.
- Guide employees through absence and reintegration
- Conduct consultations and assess work capacity
- Advise on recovery, return to work, and sustainable employability
- Identify opportunities in prevention
- Collaborate with occupational physicians, case managers, and other professionals
- Contribute ideas for suitable solutions for employees and employers
Profile
- Completed Medical degree and valid BIG registration
- Interest in work, health
- Strong communication skills, meticulous
- Works independently and enjoys multidisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in occupational medicine is welcome, but not essential
Practical
- Good guidance and an extensive onboarding process
