The information provision environment (IV) is constantly evolving. This requires reliable service delivery and the ability to respond promptly to new developments and changing needs. As a service coordinator, your focus will be on C2000RA and VICT. You will support the (senior) service managers in the development, delivery, continuity, and improvement of services within the peripheral equipment services (C2000 RA) and vehicle ICT (VICT).
What you will do.
- You will work within established management and acceptance criteria and contribute to professional and future-oriented service delivery.
- You will connect technology, IV disciplines, and internal and external organizational units.
- You will monitor the progress and quality of work, identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and contribute to the implementation of improvements.
- You will actively contribute ideas for improvement and innovation.
- You will easily switch between operational, tactical, and strategic issues and be a full-fledged discussion partner for employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- You will identify developments and challenge existing working methods, coming up with practical proposals to further professionalize and future-proof service delivery.
- You will become part of a newly established cluster around C2000RA, VICT hardware, and mobile services. The exact scope of your activities will be jointly determined, offering room to actively contribute to the setup and development of the cluster based on your expertise.

What they ask
- HBO bachelor working and thinking level.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent work experience within large political-administrative organizations and within ICT service delivery.
- Preferably, recent experience with advising on policy issues, preferably in the telecom sector or (semi-)government, and with the C2000 network, C2000RA, and/or VICT.
- A reliability and environmental investigation and possibly a reference check are part of the selection procedure.
