Develop action plans for the implementation of probation supervision for individuals convicted by the court
- Conduct supervision and verify that the client complies with special conditions, such as a location ban or participation in behavioral training
- Encourage and motivate clients to adhere to conditions and make responsible choices
- Identify impending violations
- Guide clients in addressing criminogenic factors such as housing, finances, social contacts, employment, and meaningful daily activities
- Work in a close-knit team and consult regularly with colleagues
- Maintain contact with partners in the security chain, such as the public prosecutor's office, judges, police, treatment institutions
- Keep a keen eye on victim interests and public safety, while also being present for the probationer
