As a planner, you support execution and ensure optimal alignment of supply and demand.
- You ensure that projects run smoothly, even under time pressure.
- You are strong in process monitoring and anticipate the need for additional manpower.
- You directly liaise with internal and external stakeholders and can handle resistance and ad-hoc tasks well.
- You work closely with technicians, supervisors, and work preparers to plan and execute all projects within the set deadlines.
- You periodically coordinate projects with supervisors and learn to schedule technicians based on skills and experience.
- You enjoy contributing to the optimization of systems and procedures.
Profile
- MBO-4 level diploma (equivalent to secondary vocational education).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to quickly switch between different tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with IT systems.
