For maintenance work at a regular client, an organization is looking for an experienced technician. You will work together with the technical department and will be active in various buildings. You will receive clear assignments and the freedom to use your technical expertise.
What you will do.
- You will coordinate the planning with the technical department and start working with your work orders.
- You will adjust doors or replace hinges.
- You will repair mechanical components or perform small metalwork or assembly tasks.
- You will assess what is needed, carefully carry out the repair, and report back on what has been completed or requires further attention.
- You will work independently, with colleagues from the technical department as your point of contact.
Profile
- Relevant experience with maintenance, repairs, or metalwork.
- Familiarity with doors, windows, hinges, and locking mechanisms, or similar mechanical experience.
- Ability to assess a problem and solve it independently.
- You work neatly and safely, even in buildings where people are working.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and adherence to agreements.
- Practical expertise gained over the years is a plus.
