You will work on spatial planning issues and the Environmental Act within a government organization. You will be in contact with residents, entrepreneurs, and politicians.
What you do
- Guide and advise on spatial procedures, from initial request to defending the spatial plan before the Council of State
- Check, reproduce, and initiate procedures for spatial plans using various (technical) software
- Coordinate between internal and external disciplines and stakeholders and translate this into spatial plans
- Analyze new laws, regulations
- Represent the organization in meetings and appeal procedures
- Ensure administrative decision-making within planning procedures
- Develop spatial policy and spatial visions in consultation with residents and politicians
- Utilize opportunities offered by working in the spirit of the Environmental Act
What they ask
- HBO or university level of work and thinking
- Minimum 1 year of work experience at a government organization
- Obligation to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) for screening profiles 11, 12, 13 and 41
- Fits within the team
Preferences.
- Completed HBO or university degree, preferably in spatial planning
- 1 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position
