An educational institution is looking for an enthusiastic teacher for evening classes. NT2 experience is not a requirement. Teachers with a completed Pabo degree or at least a fourth-year Pabo student, or a Dutch language teacher who has graduated or is at least a fourth-year student, are also eligible. This is a great opportunity to use your teaching experience in a different way and to discover if NT2 and adult education suit you.
You will teach a diverse group of students, including working individuals, private integrators, and Ukrainian displaced persons.
What you will do.
- Provide language lessons aimed at strengthening Dutch language proficiency
- Work on speaking, listening, reading
- Help students make progress in language skills
- Work with an A1, A2, or B1/B2 group
- Respond to different levels and backgrounds
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Profile
- Experience with NT2 teaching is a plus
- Affinity with students with a migration background
- Creative, patient, and clear in your explanations
- Flexible and enjoys variety
