As an instructor within a specialized instruction group, you will provide practical vocational education to small groups of professionals in the intelligence and security field. You will contribute to curriculum development and translate evaluations and feedback into improvements in the curriculum. You will act as a point of contact for trainees and colleagues, incorporating the latest developments in the field into the courses, while keeping the connection with the trainees and their activities in mind.
The instruction group focuses on education regarding computer systems and software applications that help to consult and process information, specifically for processing and analyzing large amounts of data.
What you will do.
- Prepare and give lessons and workshops
- Provide feedback to trainees and assist with reflection
- Advise the lead instructor on assessing trainees
- Contribute to educational development by adapting existing lessons or writing new ones
- Advise and support colleagues in the field
What they ask
- Dutch nationality
- MBO 4 working and thinking level
- Experience with the i2 software suite
- Demonstrable experience in providing education or instruction
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of a government organization

- You are able to present theory in an engaging way.
- You actively seek contact with operational units to keep the course material close to the reality of the workplace.
- A security screening (VGB) is part of the application process.
