Integral Work Preparer

• You support the coordinator of the work process, both substantively and organizationally, in coordinating the Signal Portal and the Operational Coordinating Consultation (OCO).
• At the signal portal, you support and motivate participants in submitting signals of undermining criminality, enriching these signals by other participants, and interpreting them.
• You ensure that signals are enriched and prepared for the OCO as quickly as possible.
• You provide guidance for the case consultation (VCO) process.
• In the OCO, as a supporter and minute-taker, you maintain an overview, coherence, integral interest, and progress of joint activities with all participants.
• You are able to manage relationships and establish information exchange, ensuring a strong information position that you secure, maintain, and further develop.
• Streamlining and further professionalizing information management and the associated information systems is an essential part of your work.
• You work closely with project leaders, account managers, project staff, analysts, and the ICT advisor.
• You ensure compliance with data sharing and privacy legislation and regulations.
• You will work daily in a new national document management system and will be one of the coordinators in the management of this system.
• In the near future, you may also be deployed to support the streamlining of coordination between the bureau and a dedicated financial combi-team.

• Minimum HBO level and relevant education.
• Several years of work experience, preferably at another regional information and expertise center or one of the participating organizations.
• Knowledge of intervention possibilities among participants.
• Knowledge of information systems in general and specific information available from participants.
• Preferably, knowledge of the tasks, powers, and work processes of multiple participants of the center.
