HR Transformation

For a large organization, a consultant is sought to help determine how the organization and its employees can grow with changes in business, digitalization, and AI. This assignment is at the intersection of HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational transformation. You will bring together insights from personnel, organizational, and financial data and translate them into concrete recommendations for management. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Strategy, and the business units.

What you will do.

• Map out which functions and skills the organization will need in the future
• Analyze personnel, organizational, and financial data to substantiate choices about staffing and organizational structure
• Develop scenarios around developing employees, recruiting new people, or deploying external expertise
• Investigate the impact of AI, digitalization, and business changes on functions and teams
• Support larger transformation projects and monitor planning, milestones, decision-making
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior management

What they ask

• At least five years of relevant experience in HR transformation, strategic workforce planning, organizational change, or management consulting
• Experience with larger change projects within a medium or large organization
• Ability to analyze personnel and organizational data
• Financial insight and strong proficiency with Excel
• Experience with project management or PMO
• Ability to independently liaise with senior stakeholders
• Fluent communication and presentation in English
• Ability to make yourself understood in Dutch
