A technology company is strongly committed to ServiceNow for the coming years and expects several large projects this year. For this, the organization is looking for various ServiceNow consultants with basic Sdca certification.
What you will do.
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM).
- Build applications, flows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Support the entire project lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment.
- Maintain and improve existing modules, implement new features.
- Realize integrations via REST/SOAP, Mid Server, or Integration Hub.
- Contribute to AI-driven innovations such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Automation.
- Ensure compliance with platform governance, performance, and security.
- Build smart, scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.
- Contribute to the further evolution of the platform, including AI and GenAI functionalities.
- Work end-to-end on projects: from analysis and design to development, testing, and implementation.
- Support platform governance, maintenance, and optimization, and advise on best practices.
What they ask
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM modules.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (client & server), Flow Designer, and APIs.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, Mid Server, Integration Hub).
- Knowledge of ACLs, platform security, and CMDB structures.
- Strong analytical skills, communicative, and independent.
- Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) required.
Preferences.
- Knowledge of French is a plus. French speakers with very good English skills can also apply if they wish to work in a predominantly Dutch-speaking team.
- CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, Cta, or experience with ServiceNow AI/GenAI functionalities.
