What you do
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the quality of care for residents. You support residents with their personal care and are jointly responsible for coordinating the service.
- Providing personal care based on the care plan, drawn up in consultation with the resident and family.
- Observing and guiding residents.
- Administering medication.
- Communication and coordination of care in collaboration with other disciplines.
- Guiding residents and close family through the illness process.
- Monitoring the quality of care.
