- You care for, nurse, and guide residents based on their wishes and needs, taking into account care goals
- You provide warm care from your passion and love for this profession
- You are able to collaborate with different disciplines and coordinate respectfully with colleagues and family, so that residents receive the care they deserve
- As a Caregiver in the flexible pool, you work in different teams. Therefore, you are flexible, stand strong, and bring a fresh perspective to the departments
What they ask
- You are in possession of a Level 3 Caregiver IG diploma or a similar diploma
- You are assertive, have your own opinion, and show initiative
- Curiosity is in your genes, and you ensure that you continue to stimulate and develop yourself (and the department)
- You identify problems and solve them
- You communicate in a pleasant way
- You are trained in emergency response (BHV)
- You can work independently, but working in a team also suits you well
- You have a passion for care and you radiate this
- You are familiar with interpersonal skills regarding (psychiatric) behavioral issues
Practical
- Upon employment, a Certificate of Conduct (NL) / Form for good conduct and morals (BE) is required; this will be reimbursed
- Salary classification according to the VVT collective labor agreement, FWG 35
- 8% holiday allowance and an 8.33% year-end bonus
