- (Nearly) completed HBO or WO education, for example in Spatial Planning, Spatial Development, Built Environment, Administrative Law, or a comparable field
- Interest in spatial development and the physical domain

- Able to work independently and well-organized
- Highly motivated to learn
- Talents such as analysis, collaboration, initiative, and learning ability
Practical
You will follow a personal development program with training through an academy, personal coaching, and two buddies (one for professional and one for personal development). You will be part of a community where you learn and exchange experiences with other young professionals. You will be employed by the traineeship provider but will work daily within a municipal organization.
