The program manager provides direction and impetus to this long-term task from the program office.

- Ensures support among partners.
- Leads the program office.
- Flags risks and obstacles and knows how to force breakthroughs.
Profile
We are looking for a strong, intrinsically motivated, and results-oriented program manager who prioritizes the interests of the residents. Someone who can clearly identify complex and persistent issues, mobilize parties, and connect the street, workplace, and administration. The program manager is steadfast yet flexible, possesses administrative sensitivity, and has the agility to operate effectively in a complex environment.
The program manager knows how to use the residents' living environment as a guiding perspective and is a liaison officer, organizer, and catalyst.
What they ask
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 7 years as a program/project leader or in a comparable end-responsible role, involving the management of complex projects and/or program portfolios within the government (municipality, national government, province, or similar).
- Minimum of a completed university (WO) education.
Preferences.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a program/project leader or in a comparable end-responsible role, involving the management of complex projects and/or program portfolios within the government (municipality, national government, province, or similar).
- Experience working in a complex collaboration between public parties, where the candidate was involved from the public side.
