What you do
- Engage with clients to truly understand their needs
- Set up targeted recruitment actions using various online tools
- Conduct interviews with candidates (online and in the office) and make the right match
- Guide candidates step-by-step, from the first interview to the initial period of their new job
- Carefully monitor and coordinate the application process on both the client and candidate side
- Give workshops at vocational schools, universities of applied sciences, and universities, and attend career events to represent the organization to the next generation of lab professionals
