As a night care professional in the flexible pool, you will work nights at various locations within a care organization. For each night shift, you will always work at one location. You will start with an induction period within the night care teams so that you are flexibly deployable and familiar with these locations. You will be deployed for all forms of night care, which ensures great variety and diverse tasks. The work requires you to be able to provide good care and handle aggression.
What you do
- Provide peace, safety, and proximity to residents during the night.
- Provide support as needed at your night shift location.
- Assist with medical care (e.g., administering oxygen, managing epileptic seizures).
- Conduct rounds and supervise, at some locations via camera.
- Signal, act, and report.
- Perform household tasks when there is time.
