Prevention Officer

The organization is looking for a prevention officer for the prevention department.
- You will actively participate in the development of the social diagnostic project for the territory and the ongoing analysis of social facts related to youth in the district.
- You will participate in the implementation of the Prevention Council's decisions, particularly by supporting the realization of the three-year action plan.
- You will provide support to open-environment action services regarding social diagnostics.
- You will collaborate in mediation organized between open-environment action services and local authorities.
- You will assist in the development of an intersectoral network in the district.
- You will provide support for the realization of any project, including logistical and administrative support, event organization, and report writing.
What you do
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize relevant data, especially social diagnostics from open-environment action services and observations from other prevention council members.
- Conduct fieldwork to gather information on the situation of youth in the territory.
- Present and communicate relevant information to the Prevention Officer.
- Draft documents in clear and precise language.
- Disseminate information related to the organization of the action plan (calls for projects, modalities).
- Organize regular meetings with prevention operators and draft follow-up notes.
- Participate in the evaluation of prevention actions.
- Where appropriate, lead the implementation of prevention actions.
What they ask
- Hold one of the following diplomas:
- Social Assistant (professional bachelor's degree)
- Specialized Educator, Educator for maladjusted children, or Graduate in orthopedagogy (short-type higher education)
- Assistant in psychology or Professional bachelor's degree in psychology
- Social Advisor (professional bachelor's degree)
- Graduate Nurse, Social Nurse, or be authorized to hold this title under Article 25 of the Royal Decree of August 17, 1957.
- Or have an equivalence recognized by the Service for Academic and Professional Recognition of Foreign Higher Education Diplomas of the French Community.
- Possess a B driving license.
- Possess an APE passport (Aid for Employment Promotion) available from FOREM at the time of contract signing.
Preferences.
- Professional experience or internship in drafting files and/or reports (social analyses, project management, subsidy application files).
- Professional experience acquired as a social worker in the field of youth assistance and particularly in the prevention sector.
- Professional experience acquired as a project manager in the social field.
Competencies.
- Technical competencies:
- Basic knowledge of prevention in the youth assistance sector and its various partners.
- Good oral communication (weighted, eliminatory).
- Good written communication (weighted, eliminatory).
- Behavioral competencies:
- Integrate information: Establish links between various data, conceive alternatives, and draw adequate conclusions (weighted, eliminatory).
