Continuing Education Assistant
A professional association is committed to the professional development of its members through further training, networking, and policy work. An important part of its offering includes webinars and study days for clinical psychologists.
What you will do. As a continuing education assistant, you will contribute to the organization and promotion of the webinars and study days offered. You will work independently and take responsibility for specific tasks, in consultation with the team.
- Contribute to the brainstorming and development of the program for webinars and study days
- Practical organization of events (logistics, communication with speakers, participants, and locations)
- Hosting of webinars and/or study days (technical support and moderation)
- Promotion of the offerings via communication channels (website, newsletter, social media)
What they are looking for.
- You are studying or have recently studied in psychology, communication, or a related field — or you have demonstrable experience in event organization or communication
- You are familiar with digital tools (video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Teams, and preferably also social media or newsletter tools)
- You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and communicate smoothly
- Membership of the professional association is a strong asset but not a strict requirement
- Affinity with clinical psychology and the functioning of a professional association is a plus
