You will guide clients with severe psychiatric problems within a clinical recovery department of a healthcare organization. You will work with clients and their relatives on development opportunities, aimed at improving functioning and reducing complaints. The department offers recovery support and has various forms of accommodation, from intensive to less intensive, including living groups and independent apartments. Care is tailored and developed in collaboration with the client and their family.
The clinic operates using the ART methodology.
What you will do.
- Work recovery-oriented by implementing recovery plans
- Participate in discussions to coordinate the care process
- Maintain direct contact with family and/or relatives for better treatment
- Support clients in daily life domains and essential needs
- Work irregular shifts
- Value autonomy and quality improvement
- Work with the ART (Active Recovery Triad) methodology
Profile
- Sense of humor and ability to put things into perspective
- Stress-resistant and proactive
- Completed education in social care (mbo) or social work (hbo)
- Approximately 5 years of work experience in psychiatric care
