As a Customer Advisor Employer Services, you play a crucial role in helping employers who contact a government organization by phone or digitally. Together with a team of driven colleagues, you provide support to these employers.
What you will do.
- Answer questions about benefits such as unemployment (WW), sickness (ZW), and income in case of disability (WIA and Wajong).
- Help employers navigate the organization's services and regulations.
- Ensure optimal cooperation between employers and the organization.
Profile
- Passion for helping people by phone.
- Digitally skilled: comfortable with computers, able to switch effortlessly between different systems, and driven to find the right information.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- Empathy: able to empathize with the situation of others and show understanding.
- Balance between rules and humanity: able to work within legal frameworks without losing sight of the human dimension.
- Minimum MBO level 4 work and thinking level and/or relevant experience in a customer-oriented role.
Practical
- Paid training of 6-8 weeks on-site, four fixed days per week.
- For the first 5 months, you will work entirely in the office, then at least 2 days a week on-site.
- You live within a 70 km radius of the Almere branch.
- Start with a seven-month contract with a two-month probationary period.
- Attractive secondary package: holiday allowance (8%), year-end bonus (8.33%), home working allowance (€3 net per day), internet allowance (€30 net per month), and pension accrual from 21 years of age.
- Work facilities: laptop, smartphone, and other necessities for working from home.
