No two projects are the same. The variety of renovation works ensures a technically challenging role where initiative and entrepreneurship are central.
What you do
- You plan, organize, and coordinate renovation projects from A to Z.
- You monitor quality, planning, budgets, and safety on the construction site.
- You manage your own workers and subcontractors.
- You organize and lead site meetings.
- You maintain close contacts with clients, architects, and engineering firms.
- You negotiate with suppliers and partners.
- You meticulously follow up on project administration, including progress reports, reporting, and post-calculation.
- You identify risks in a timely manner and contribute to solution-oriented thinking to successfully complete projects.
What they ask
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a construction-related field.
- Experience in site and/or project management is an asset, but not a requirement. Motivated starters or candidates looking to grow are also eligible.
- You have strong technical insight and a pragmatic attitude. You are solution-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You communicate smoothly and enjoy collaborating with colleagues, clients, and construction partners.
- Experience with Owners' Associations (VME's), industrial clients, or public tenders is a plus, but not a must.
