This is a long-term assignment of one year.
What you do
- Collaborate with management on a strong HR policy that supports business objectives.
- Support managers with questions regarding employees, performance, and personnel planning.
- Help attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Ensure HR processes comply with social legislation.
- Use HR data and insights to further improve processes.
- Guide changes and new HR projects within the organization.
- Be a point of contact and sparring partner for managers and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive and motivating work environment.
What they ask
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably within an international context.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Strong communication skills and easily builds relationships.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
- Coaching sparring partner who enjoys thinking along with the business.
