You will be an important link between customers, technicians, and office colleagues within a specialized company. The organization designs, builds, renovates, and maintains swimming pools for private and business clients. The team works from an office and showroom on projects in the Central Netherlands and beyond. An independent and accurate Service Planner / Field Coordinator is sought.
What you will do.
- Plan maintenance, service activities, breakdowns, and smaller projects.
- Daily contact with field service technicians.
- Make and coordinate appointments with customers.
- Monitor planning and adjust in a timely manner when activities run over or change.
- Determine which activities have priority.
- Ensure technicians go out with the correct information.
- Answer and follow up on customer questions.
- Process and check work orders.
- Support invoicing and administrative processing.
- Identify outstanding tasks and ensure they are not left undone.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and administrative departments.
Profile
- Ability to maintain an overview of many different activities.
- Easily set priorities.
- Firm enough to make clear agreements.
- Communicate friendly and professionally, both in writing and orally, with customers in Dutch and English.
- Work administratively accurately.
- Think ahead and prefer to prevent problems rather than solve them afterwards.
- Dare to make independent decisions.
- Collaborate well with technicians and colleagues.
- Proficient with computers and quickly pick up new systems such as Exact Online and OutSmart planning or similar, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Minimum of a completed MBO education.
- Experience as a planner, service planner, work preparer, or service coordinator is welcome, for example at an installation company, contractor, technical service company, transport company, facility company, or other organization with field staff.
- Knowledge of the specific industry is not necessary.
